I’m Angie Hartman—Board Certified Health Coach, Functional Nutritionist, and certified fitness professional based in Colorado, helping women restore energy, balance hormones, and feel strong in every season of life.

With certifications from AFAA, ACE, Barre, and a 200-hour RYT in yoga, I’ve taught for over a decade, supporting women with movement that aligns with their bodies—from prenatal yoga and gentle barre during pregnancy, to resistance training, strength-based barre, and yoga for hormone balance in perimenopause and beyond.

As a Master’s student in Functional Health & Nutrition and a CNS candidate, I offer a science-based, root-cause approach to healing. My coaching combines functional lab testing (hormone, gut, and micronutrients) with customized nutrition, mindset, and movement to support your body where it is now—not where it used to be.
